Earl McCoy, Jr., Director of Community Engagement and Dialogue
Earl McCoy Jr. serves as Director of the Office of Community Engagement and Dialogue at Yale School of Management, where he advances connection, belonging, and meaningful dialogue across the community. His work focuses on creating programs and experiences that bring students, faculty, staff, and partners together through reflection, leadership, and shared understanding. Rooted in Yale’s mission of developing leaders for business and society, Earl is committed to building spaces where people feel seen, heard, valued, and empowered to lead with purpose.
Matthew Farley, Assistant Director
Matthew Farley, a native of Newton, NC, is an accomplished higher education leader and student success advocate serving as an Assistant Director at Yale University. He is committed to advancing the campus community, increasing engagement, and promoting excellence through innovative programming, strategic leadership, and community engagement. A first-generation college graduate, Matthew earned an M.Ed. in Higher Education with a 4.0 GPA and is pursuing an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership for Social Justice at the University of Hartford. His work focuses on empowering students and building transformative campus communities where everyone can thrive.
